A Twin Cities native, Dr. Dumas has variously assumed many roles over the course of his career.  Years after helping 17-year old Prince create sounds for his demo recordings, Roger became the synthesizer ‘go-to guy’ at Prince’s Paisley Park Studios, instructing the resident musicians and engineers in the use of the latest innovations in music technology.  Roger holds a Ph.D in Cognitive Neuroscience, an M.A. in Learning Technology, and a B.S. in Music Education.  He also holds RIAA gold and platinum record awards for his work with Janet Jackson and Lipps Inc.

The winner of 20 Grammy Awards, 2 Latin Grammys and a Trustees Grammy for Lifetime Achievement, Schmitt has helped artists garner an astounding 160 gold and platinum albums. Schmitt’s recordings play today around the world, having produced albums for Jefferson Airplane, Eddie Fisher, Glenn Yarborough, Jackson Browne and Neil Young.  His engineering and mixing include Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Sammy Davis, Jr., Natalie Cole, Thelonious Monk, Elvis Presley, Tony Bennett, Madonna, Michael Jackson, and many others. Most recently, in 2014, Schmitt worked on Bob Dylan’s album, Shadows in the Night, which was released on January 30, 2015.

Scheiner has received 25 Grammy Award nominations, 7 of which he won, and he has been awarded four Emmy nominations, two Emmy Awards.  Elliot holds an honorary Doctor of Music degree from the Berklee College of Music and aMaster of Sound honor from the Japan Audio Society. In 2015 he received his 25th Grammy Award nomination in the category of Best Surround Sound Album for Beyoncé, which he also won, making him an 8-time Grammy Award winner.

Distinguished creative Gary Katz produced all seven original Steely Dan records, and all but one were nominated for a Grammy for Album of the Year. Katz is credited for production on recordings by Diana Ross, 10cc, Joe Cocker and Laura Nyro, among many others. While at Warner Brothers, Katz was instrumental in signing Prince, Dire Straits, Christopher Cross, Rickie Lee Jones and Root Boy Slim.  Katz’s other production credits include albums by Diana Ross, 10cc, Joe Cocker, Laura Nyro, Rosie Vela, Thomas Jefferson Kaye, and Eye to Eye.

Scot is a 40+ year voiceover talent with experience as a broadcaster, on-air talent, production director, and creative director. He conceived and developed the world’s first internet-only radio network, NetRadio, and produced the world’s most downloaded video podcast on classical martial arts, Martial Arts Explorer

Craig started in the industry working as a Mastering Engineer for Original Sound Records in Hollywood, CA for the label of the famed “Oldies but Goodies” releases. After that, he returned home and worked as the Technical Support Director for Minnetonka Audio Software for almost 10 years before opening his own studio, BassFuzz Mastering. Craig is passionate about the mastering process and cutting edge technology in the High Resolution and Surround Sound audio market. 

Out of a demand for mastering, Tischmeyer opened his first facility, Art Beat Mastering, in 1996. Within three years, he had mastered over 300 records, including Steely Dan, Iron Maiden, Eric Burdon, Johnny Cash, Inga Rumpf, Joja Wendt, Doc Holliday, and many more. After moving to a new facility in 1999, Tischmeyer continued mastering with hundreds of indy artists worldwide and top artists like Alan Parsons.  Tischmeyer is also a noted lecturer, educator, the author of several technical books and DVDs on mixing and mastering, and has provided consultation to Antaris, Apple, Arri, Bavaria, Pro7/Sat1, RTL,   Sony, Steinberg, Yamaha and VW.

Jim Weber is a Minneapolis music and advertising industry veteran with deep ties to the global advertising and music communities.  His work with Hitlist Music has won multiple Cannes Lions; been nominated for an Emmy, and has been recognized by the museum of modern art for their contribution to the art of American advertising.  Check out Jim’s company, Hitlist Music, here: http://bit.ly/2rjDw3V
